| Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous series of yoga postures that are linked together, connecting the breath and the movement. So unlike some other forms of yoga, this is a moving meditation, listening to the sound of your breath helps you to quiet the mind, finding relaxation and peace. The bonus is that your body is being cleansed of toxins and sculpted into its optimum shape, but in reality that's just a very pleasant by-product!
